Regulations, policies and procedures

Work Regulation, Remuneration Regulation and Social Found Regulation those are the obligatory documents to be present in every company with more than 20 people. Those documents can be useless or than can support management process in the company. Using our extensive experience as a HR Directors we work on those documents to be maximally useful and pragmatic, to become a tool in supporting company goals and HR strategy.

Policies and procedures are useful and needed if we want to ensure consistency of different company practices, having dispersive or large organization. It may be important to have clear and transparent Car Policy, Mobbing Free Work Place Policy or Enter / Exit procedure for the employees. Unified polices and procedures from one hand are saving the time of managers to create how and what to do in such cases, but from other hand could also become our insurance in case of law compliance issues or social cases. In this field we advise what kind of policies or procedure we should have, as well as we crate the proposals of such documents hand-in-hand with responsible manager.
